Panel Discussion to Inspire Healthy Intentions: Staying healthy through the holidays can be tough. In light of this, Nourish Your Soul is hosting a panel discussion featuring local health and fitness experts to share their tips on how to be your best healthy self during the holiday season.

Wellness Wednesday with Outdoor Voices: Head to the Outdoor Voices shop to listen to a panel discussion about managing stress in your mind, body, and gut featuring local podcast hosts Meg Dillon and Beck Bennion of Detox & Chill. Panelists include Ciara Clark, a certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach, Wendy Rue Williams, who teaches yoga and has a background in social work, and Jennifer Hanway, a holistic nutritionist.

Yoga in the Art Asylum: Nestled in between Brooklyn Boulders and Aeronaut is this creative space for Community Makers making everything from jewelry to robotics. DAV Boston 5k Run/Walk: All proceeds for this 5k walk/run, as well as the shorter one mile race, go to DAV programs that support veterans and caregivers at no cost. The race course will take place on Castle Island and an after-party will be held at Boston Bowl.

GoRuck Light Challenge: Honor those who have served by rucking through the city. The light ruck is about four to five hours and 7-10 miles of hiking or walking with a weighted pack. Bring a picture and a bio of someone who has served to tell their story.

Women’s Parkour Workshop: Scale walls and jump from landmark to landmark around Boston at this women’s-only parkour workshop hosted by Parkour Generations Boston. The workshop is open to all fitness levels, including absolute beginners. Just bring an open mind and a readiness to try new things.
